include a fitness center staffed by a certified trainer and offering a
4-stack weight station, treadmills, recumbent and Commercial Elliptical Trainer, a Nu-step and free weights. A variety of classes are offered
year-round. The Center also offers excellent banquet facilities for
lease that are suitable for your family and business celebrations --
receptions, trainings, retreats, reunions. Open to adults only, ages 21+, the AAC
offers an affordable environment for socializing, fitness, wellness

23rd Annual Midlands Area Senior Games
September 20-23, 2010
Ages 50+. Open to all senior athletes. A sports showcase for the many men and women who continue to play hard, stay fit and enjoy life into their retirement years! Events include bowling, track & field, golf, swimming, tennis, and more. Sponsored by the Richland County Recreation Commission and City of Columbia Parks and Recreation.
