General Information:
The mission of the Special Populations Department is to provide programming and recreational activities to children and adults with special needs, intellectual and physical disabilities. All RCRC programs, classes, after school programs, summer camps and events are available to all children and adults of all abilities. If you are interested in participating or having your child participate in other programs or activities, please contact the Special Populations Department. Staff can work with parents to ensure a safe environment for all children and adults.
