Enjoy cooling relief from the summer heat! Make a splash, swim some laps, or learn to swim. Richland County Recreation Commission swimming pools at Trenholm Park (Forest Acres area) and Hopkins Park ( Hopkins area) will open for swimming on Saturday, June 4, 2011 and remain open daily until Sunday, August 14, 2011.
General swim, lap swim, swim lessons, and junior lifeguard programs are available. Effective June 4, 2011, registration forms for swim lessons and the junior lifeguard program will be available at both parks. Applications may also be requested also by email at roberth@rcrc.state.sc.us.
