PM Aerobics

This low-impact exercise class is designed to increase cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance. Beginners are welcome and participants are encouraged to work out at a pace that is comfortable for their current level of fitness. Bring an exercise mat and a water bottle. Center Director Lisa Smarr has been leading this class since 1983. First time participants are required to pre-register. $20/month
Hatha (Gentle) Yoga

Ages 18+

Certified Yoga instructor Rick Widdifield teaches Hatha, or "gentle" style Yoga. Beginners are welcome and may start at any time. Classes are small and students receive individualized instruction. Our low rate makes Caughman Road Park the best Yoga deal in Columbia.

11:30am, the second Wednesday monthly. The Seniors meet at Caughman Road Park for a covered dish luncheon. If you enjoy dining out, shopping, visiting historical sights and gardens, the theatre, shows, music, and exploring new places, you will enjoy our affordable day trips on Fridays. If you like to have fun, please call the park after 3:00 pm to have your name added to our mailing list.

East Columbia Youth Basketball League Registration

Ages 4 to 17

Registration will be taken every Saturday at the park beginning September 20, and will run through draft day (team assignments) November 1. Everyone who registers will be assigned to a team. Games will be played at Caughman Road Park. All participants must complete a registration form and submit a copy of birth certificate with payment.

2nd Annual 3 Point Contest

Show us your shooting skills Friday, July 25 at our 2nd Annual 3 Point Contest. Compete against the some of the best shooters in the Midlands. Competitors will have a shot at earniNg the title, trophy, and bragging rights until next year. Registration will be accepted until 6:45 pm the night of the contest. $5/player

Register now for Mrs. Shanda River's Dance Program. Students receive instruction in ballet, tap, jazz and age appropriate hip hop. Back to school classes will begin in August. New students must complete a registration form. Performances and recitals for friends and family are held during the year. $20/month

Back To Basics Summer Basketball Camps
Ages 4 to 12

Sessions will be offered June 21-22, July 19-20 and August 2-3. 10:00 am-12:30 pm Saturday, and 2:00-4:00 pm Sunday.
Beginner and veteran players can develop and improve their basketball skills this annual camp. Girls and boys ages 4-12 will learn sportsmanship, teamwork, personal fitness, and basic fundamental skills. Campers will be divided based on age and experience. $30/child includes T-shirt and lunch/snacks
