Mission Statement:
The Richland County Recreation Commission strives to establish and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship with the communities in which we serve. We accept our civic responsibility and take an active interest in the well-being of our community in order to gain a number of long-term benefits in terms of community support, loyalty, and good will.
