Step up to the Plate in support of Harvest Hope Food Bank
To help address the need, the Richland County Recreation Commission invites the community to step up to the plate in support of the Harvest Hope Food Bank. From November 10 until December 19, folks who care are asked to drop by your neighborhood park and to make a donation of non-perishable food items. With both Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up, there will be many who will need the help. It’s easy and quick and, at this time of the year, we know it will be appreciated.
The Harvest Hope Food bank also accepts donations directly at their offices located at 2220 Shop Road, Columbia, from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
