Our Purpose
The purpose of the Richland County Recreation Foundation is to assist the Richland County Recreation Commission in its efforts to create and connect community through people, parks, and programs. Quality recreation facility programs and activities for county residents are the result of a solid investment of tax dollars which can be enhanced through the generous support of the business community.
