This 30-acre facility amenities include a recreation building: gymnasium, game room, clubroom, kitchen; one lighted adult field; one softball field; playground; swimming pool; and picnic facilities.

Fitness Club
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Ages 18+ . Participants will receive individual attention on how to tone and shape their muscles. The fitness room is open only during park hours: Mon-Fri, 3:00-10:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm; Sunady, 2:00-5:00 pm. $75/year; or $25/monthly; or $4/day.

Ultimate Frisbee
Monday, 6:00 - 7:00 pm. Ages 5 to 18 . Different age divisions. This unconventional and fun sport is growing in popularity. Enjoy the fun and constant action. If you enjoy throwing the Frisbee around, you should get a kick out this advanced form of the game. Registration begins April 5. $15/child


RCRC Summer Basketball League
6:00 - 8:00 pm. Ages 4 to 14 . Summer leagues start in June for ages 5-14 (August 6th age cut off). Registration will be held April 17-May 17 (extended until June 7). All participants must complete registration form and submit birth certificate with payment. 8-game schedule, $40/child: Bluff Road, Caughman Road, Forest Lake, Hopkins, Meadowlake, Trenholm, Eastover, St. Andrews, and Denny Terrace; 10-game schedule, $45/child: Blythewood, North Springs, Polo Road, and Killian Parks. All players will go through a draft process for balance of teams. No team registrations will be accepted. Business Sponsorship is only $150/team and is a great way to show support for your community! Please contact the Athletic Department if interested in sponsoring a team: 754-7275 ext. 225, 221, or 215. You can also call the above numbers with any questions. Volunteer coaches are welcomed and needed. All coaches will go through a background screening process and must be currently certified or become certified in basketball with the NYSCA. The NYSCA coaches training is conducted by Recreation Commission staff prior to the season.

Co-ed boxing Aerobics
Tuesday, Thursday, 6:00 - 7:00 pm. Ages 12+ . Come join in on the fun and get a good cardio-vascular workout! We must have 8 members to start. Bring a friend and come out to meet new friends at Hopkins Park and take part in a great workout. $25/month. Training by Coach Darryl Johnson


Offensive Production 101
6:00 - 8:00 pm. Ages 7 to 17 . July 7-10, register April 1-June 30. Parents will need to supply football cleats. The students will learn how to be a leader, read defense, work together as a team, have fun and meet new friends. Sign up soon to get a spot. $20/player


Extra Special Package Class
6:00 - 8:00 pm. Ages 7 to 17 . July 14-17, register April 1-July 7. Parents will need to supply football cleats. All players will learn how to catch, recover fumbles, block, tackle, make new friends plus a whole lot more. Sign up early to be a part this wonderful class. $20/player


Little Pros Basketball
Friday, Saturday, 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Ages 3+ . Be apart of this awesome basketball season which provides different skills to being a great little pro basketball player. Register now! $35/child


Tennis Summer Camp
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Ages 7+ . Register March 1-July 1; class starts July 28-31. Beginners will learn forehand, backhand, serve and volley. Intermediate will be tought forehand, backhand, serve, volly and play. $60/student


Chalk Talk Class
6:00 - 8:00 pm. Ages 7 to 17 . Register April 1-July 14. Class starts July 21. This fun and informative class will let your child have better understanding of how and why coaches call the plays they call in the class room and field. Parents will need to supply football cleats. Sign up early for alot of fun. $20/player

JUMPS Summer Camp
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 12:00 - 5:00 pm. Ages 6 to 17 . Students will be exposed to character education as well as participate in sports, field trips and enrichment activities. The Register by May 31. $20/child and $10/sibling


Happy Feet Soccer League
6:00 - 8:00 pm. Ages 3 to 6 . Register July 7-Aug. 18. A copy of child's birth certificate is required to register. Games will start in September. Parents will need to supply shin guards. All players will learn the basics, while having a lot of fun playing the game! Game will be played on Thursdays. Sign up early teams will fill quickly. $35/child


Packers Football
6:00 - 8:00 pm. Ages 7 to 12 . Come be a part of Packernation at Hopkins Park. Pop Warner and the Packers Youth Football League offer a positive athletic experience for ages 7-9 (45-85 pound), ages 9-11 (75-115 pounds), and ages 12 at (70-90 pounds). Bring copy of birth certificate, up-to-date physical and school report card to register by Aug. 17. $75/child includes game pants and jersey.


Homerun Hitters Sports Camp
6:00 - 7:00 pm. Ages 3 to 5 . August 4-7. If your child has an interest in T-ball or if your not sure if they would be interested. Bring them out for this exciting and fun camp! Kids will learn how to throw, run bases, hit along with alot of other fun activities. Must have minimum amount of kids to start camp. Kids will need a glove and a water bottle for camp. No experience necessary. Free
